AbogaDom

AbogaDom es una herramienta jurídica, donde tanto el estudiante de derecho como el abogado dominicano encontrará todo lo relativo a la normativa vigente de la República Dominicana, dígase su Constitución, los diferentes códigos y leyes por los cuales se rige la nación, jurisprudencias, y tratados internacionales de los cuales el país forma parte.

La aplicación posee también un directorio en el cual se encuentra información pertinente a las diferentes instituciones del Poder Judicial en todas las provincias del país, es decir, tribunales, juzgados, cortes, etc. Además, contiene una sección de enlaces a sitios web, y una sección de noticias de interés para los aficionados al derecho dominicano.

AbogaDom is a legal tool, where both law student as the Dominican lawyer will find everything related to the current regulations of the Dominican Republic, say its Constitution, the various codes and laws by which the nation is governed, case law and treaties international of which the country belongs.
